Services
Precision Air Worx provides air conditioning, refrigeration and HVAC services to residential and commercial clients in Greater Sydney. All work is carried out by licensed technicians in accordance with applicable Australian standards and regulations.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are fixed-price quotations unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any variations to the scope of work may result in additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Workmanship Warranty
We provide a workmanship warranty on all installations and repairs. The specific warranty period and terms will be outlined in your written quote and invoice. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or natural wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer and major credit cards. For commercial projects, payment terms may be negotiated prior to commencement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Precision Air Worx liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
